From Frizz to Fantastic

Hey everyone, today I want to share with you my secrets from taking my hair from uncontrollable frizz to fantastic silky smooth hair.

First shampoo and condition your hair with your usual products. Wrap hair in a towel to soak up excess water.

Brush through your hair with a TangleTeezer. start at the tips and work up.

Spray on heat protection spray, I use Redkin.

Blow dry your hair about 20cm away from your hair, constantly move the hair dryer and lift hair and dry under to create volume especially at the roots.

When dry, brush through again with TangleTeezer.

Separate hair and straighten in sections. I use Nicky Clarke Desired. 

There you go smooth sleek hair, no split ends or damaged hair and in no time at all.

My skincare routine

Hey everyone,

I have been receiving requests to do my skincare routine- so here it is.

I start of by using N07 Soft and gentle cleanser. I use this in the morning to clean my skin ready for the day and at night i use this to remove all my make up. I pump a 50p sized amount onto my finger tips, I then pat my fore-head, cheeks, chin and nose. Then using the tips of my fingers I spread the cream using an upward movement. Starting at your chin and work up use a cotton pad to remove cleanser and make-up etc. For the eyes apply a small amount directly on two cotton pads. Apply the cotton pad to the eye and leave for a few seconds, the make-up will come away on the pad.

Then I use N07 soft and gentle toner. This removes any cleanser that has not been taken off and removes any impurities that were missed by the cleanser. Apply directly onto a cotton pad, start at the chin and work towards your forehead using upward strokes.

I then move on to N07 serum. The serum penetrates deep into the skin to improve lines and wrinkles and help prevent new ones. I use the Protect and perfect range as it has been scientifically designed for my age. Apply a small amount to your fingertips. Dab this on your forehead, eye creases and anywhere you feel wrinkles may appear. Gently rub in using circular motions. 

I will then use my N07 moisturiser. I have both the day and the night cream. They conain the exact ingredients your skin needs for that time. It moisturises my skin and leaves it feeling smooth and fresh. Apply this with your fingertips. Again dab 5p dots on forehead, cheeks, chin and nose. Spread the cream in circular upwards motions then gently smooth in upward sweeps until all absorbed by the skin. 

Lastly I use the youthful eye cream. I wear eyeshadow, mascara and eyeliner everyday, so I think its important to keep the skin fresh and elasticated. This cream gives the eyes the nutrients it needs to stay young and fresh. Da small dots in crease of your eye then towards the duct and around the ocular bone. Do not apply to your lid as your eyes are like a sponge and will just pull the cream through the skin and this is not the desired effect.

Hey everyone, as you know I work as a fragrance consultant and the new summer fragrances have come into store, so I have been smelling them and gave you my top 5. I have actually chosen a favorite and bought it today. I thought I would give you some more information about it and some pics.

Summer fragrances 2014

Hey everyone, 

My fragrance department is filled with the colours of summer, with the launch of the summer fragrances for 2014. I thought I would share with you my top three;

1. Escada: Born in Paradise this fragrance transports me to a tropical island, relaxing on the beach sipping a mock tail.

2. Marc Jacobs: Daisy Delight Eay so fresh this fragrance is eligant, with the perfect mix of fruit and floral notes. Perfect for those summer days out in the sun spending time with loved ones.

3. Lacoste sensual night edition, this sent us a sensual mix of citrus and oriental flowers. It's an energising fragrance , on the first spray you picture freshly peeled oranges. A great fragrance to excite the senses and rev up the mind.

Blogger Challenge 2014:6 Food

Hey everyone,

I know I have missed a few but I will keep it up now. This weeks topic is Food. I love chicken, all other meats I can happily not eat but chicken I can't eat without. I have found these bags and marinade papers by Maggies, they are brilliant cans come in a variety of flavours. My favourite is Italian Herb. Try it for yourselves they can be bought in any large supermarket. They leave the chicken tasty and moist.

Update

Hey everyone,

Just got in from work and thought I would update you all. I am still waiting for my consultant training but I will be able to order my uniform tomorrow which will be a start. 

Today is start of the diet, we were eating under 700 calories a day so furst of all we need to regulate our notability by eating thee meals a day, which we are starting from today.

French nails with a twist

Hey everyone,

At work people always admire my nail designs and so I have decided to share one with you. This is my French nail with a twist. 

First use a base coat I am using collection 2000 2 in 1 base coat and rude filler. Then apply a pink base colour, I am using 17 pink ballet. Then apply Barry m soar cake polish to the tips. I finish this off with Sally Hansen high shire nail polish. This is great if you find the traditional white tips hard to do.

Wedding

Hello everyone, 

I am writing this post from my phone that's why it looks different. 

Paul and I have decided to put the Wedding back one final time. Paul needs to get divorced after 7 years of seperation it is still expensive and time consuming. Also he wants to get his teeth done which will cost another £3000. 

We want the wedding of our dreams and to be worth the wait, so one more year it is.

Weightloss re-start

Hey everyone, now all the Christmas food has gone its time to do my re-start.

My re-start consists of meals from scratch, walks with Vinnie and no junk food. Then we will buy a wii u and I will use that every day. I have an active job and I am on my feet for 8 hours a day constantly. 

The reason for this re-start is that I have never been happy with my weight but I couldn't afford to buy good food as healthy food is expensive. Now my wedding is on the horizon I want to loose it once and for all.

Wedding Planning

Hey everyone, we have been talking more about wedding plans. We are currently looking for a wedding cake baker. I didn't realize how much difference there is between suppliers. Paul and I have been attending wedding fairs for two years and at our first wedding fair people said they had bookings for September 2015.  Yet when I inquired with a baker today they said they didn't know what they would be doing that far in advance. That far in advance, are you mad that's only 18 months away.  Needless to say we will not be using that supplier. 

My one piece of advice today will be, prioritize your suppliers. What is most important to you? Search out that supplier first and don't settle until you find exactly what you want. 

Blogger Challenge 2014: New Years Inspiration

Hey everyone. I would first like to apologize for failing Blogmas, I had a few problems which meant I couldn't get my laptop to type properly and a bunch of other things, but I will do it for 2014. 

Happy new year! I am writing this post as the first post for the Blogger Challenge, the title is New years inspiration.
