Hey guys this week was my 2nd weigh in and I was so pleased as I lost -5lbs. I got my half stone award and won slimmer of the week.
I find the stickers and certificates very motivational. They help me want to keep going and when I have a bad week remember what I have achieved so far.
My focus this week will be to be more active and to add as much activity into my day as I can. I will walk the dogs with Paul on my days of, do house work and try to be focused.
